How can I communicate and manage my team?

The developers will join your slack, email, project management tools, or anything else you request as if they worked directly for you. We usually recommend clients use one of our part time managers to help manage and oversee the team, serving as a single point of contact for any needs or concerns. Either way you will always have direct contact with the developers.
